Introduction
New Granville LLP submitted a planning application to London Borough of Barnet on 14th August 2014 for 132 new houses and apartments within the Granville Road Estate. This will include a provision of 46 affordable homes, new innovative amenity spaces and 332 car parking spaces.
Update
Works are currently progressing to Block A (Formerly Beech Court), Block B (Adjacent to Nant Court), Plots 50 -53 (Corner of Granville Road and Nant Road) alongside new infrastructure works across the estate to facilitate the regeneration. Despite necessary working restrictions being required due to the ongoing pandemic our contractors Mulalley are pressing ahead with the first block completions anticipated this year.
